English Every Day

“29 Kasım 2016 tarihinden itibaren “Let’s Speak English Together Every Day ” etkinliklerimiz başlamıştır. İngilizceyi sevdirmek ve öğrencileri sınıf dışında da İngilizce konuşmaya teşvik etmek amaçlı bu etkinlikte güne, İngilizce radyo programı ile başlanmaktadır. 

Öğrencilerimiz gün boyunca, Kolej sokağında, kütüphanede, kantinde, yemekhanelerde, bahçede ve koridorlarda öğretmenleriyle ve birbirleriyle İngilizce konuşmakta ve çeşitli etkinlikler yapmakta, teneffüslerde ve öğle yemeği arasında gösterilen animasyonlu Disney film şarkılarına eşlik etmektedirler. 

Bugünkü etkinlikte öğrencilerimiz “Speak English” temalı poster çalışmaları yaptılar ve bu çalışmalar Kolej Sokağında sergilendi. 

Program her hafta farklı etkinliklerle yılsonuna kadar devam edecektir.” 

Our aim is to encourage students to use English outside the classroom. The day starts with an English announcement and throughout the day students speak English with their teachers and friends in College Street, in the corridors, in the garden, in the library, at the canteen. They also listen to and join the animated Disney film songs, in the breaks. 

This week students made their own posters about “Speak English” and these posters were displayed in College Street. It was fun and a huge success. 

The programme will continue with different activities each week throughout the year.”
