TED Ankara College Foundation is committed
to finding and employing people who can make a lasting and productive
contribution to the school. We seek those with a scholarly outlook who
are modern, creative, open to innovation and change, dynamic and always
looking for ways to develop themselves professionally.
Within the structure of TED Ankara
College Foundation, the Human Resources Department continues to work in
accordance with the principles and goals of the employees association
which are to aid in personal development through the use of creative methods
that facilitate the kind of atmosphere that allows each employee to work
in the most productive way. At the same time, we continue to develop our
philosophy and foundational activities to accommodate new life practices
and improved systems.
In keeping with the above policies,
our institution, aware that education and development are life long pursuits,
holds these goals as foundational:
1. To realize the institution's
internal organization by paying close attention to the expectations and
needs of our employees,
2. To consider the happiness and satisfaction of our employees
as a priority,
3. To plan programs aimed at increasing the performance of our
employees,
4. To work to ensure that our employees adopt a cooperative team
work attitude,
5. Continually to develop the practices of the Human Resources
